Modern-day ‘Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs’ to be made by Ashutosh Gowariker

Ashutosh Gowariker��is known to create and put his own twist on period dramas. Having directed films like ‘Lagaan’ (2001)��and ‘Jodha Akbar’ (2008), Gowariker is set to recreate ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.’

Bollywood Hungama reports that the details of this project is being kept under wraps, and casting will start soon. Directors of ‘Lucky:No Time for Love’ (2005), Vinay and Radhika are also planning their own adaptation of the story, which will have its own twists to suit��the Indian audience.

Meanwhile, Gowariker is preparing for the release of his next, Hrithik Roshan starrer, ‘Mohenjo Daro’, slated to release this year.
