Mithun-Archana to play Salman Khan’s parents in ‘Kick’

Mithun Chakraborty and Archana Puran Singh have been confirmed to play the parents of Salman Khan in his forthcoming release ‘Kick’.

Singh expressed her excitement to BollywoodHungama and revealed that this will be the first time that she will be playing a hero’s mother’s role in a film. The actress also revealed that her onscreen husband Chakraborty’s role will be a hilarious one.

‘Kick’ is the remake of a South Indian film of the same name. It also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda and marks the directorial debut of Sajid Nadiadwala.

‘Kick’ releases on Eid 2014.
