‘Mirchi Top 20’ to air on Boxing Day on Colors

Colors UK will be broadcasting this year’s ‘Mirchi Top 20’ countdown as a part of its festive programming.

The programme is made on the basis of airplay on the popular Indian radio station, Radio Mirchi. The highlight for this year’s event is ‘Bajirao Mastani’ star Ranveer Singh, who set the stage on fire with one of his hit numbers. It is hosted by Manish Paul, with Sunil Grover and Sugandha Mishra adding their own comedy ka tadka. According to Times of India, the sequence in which Sunil and Sugandha pull Ranveer’s leg by dressing up as ‘Kastani’ and ‘Datto’ respectively is sure to evoke laughter.

Some of the popular names from the film and TV industry, including Shamita Shetty, Upen Patel, Elli Avram, Mouni Roy, Gautam Gulati, Krystle D’Souza, Rithvik Dhanjani, Karishma Tanna and Karan Tacker, also performed to this year’s chartbusters at this event.
