Milan Luthria denies that Saif Ali Khan is his superhero

Only two days ago, reports were doing the rounds that Saif Ali Khan was about to jump on Bollywood’s superhero bandwagon. However, the director of said film, Milan Luthria, has denied outright that Khan will be a superhero��in his film.

Talking to IANS, Luthria was quick to put rumours��at rest, “No, it’s not a superhero film. Saif is not playing a superhero in my film. People have misinterpreted me and come to the conclusion that I am making a same film like everyone else.” He also added that Khan will be in a not-seen-before style and that the film will have an element of fantasy which will set it apart.

He also commented, “The film has romance, action and emotion – everything in it. When a best film comes out in our country, it is difficult to phrase it or label it or put it in a particular genre.” He also confirmed that he has many actresses in mind to play the leading lady but that he hasn’t approached anyone as��yet.

Luthria is currently hot property following the box office successes of his films ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbai’ (2010)��and ‘The Dirty Picture’ (2011).
