Meghna Gulzar signs Tabu for next

Tabu has become very careful about the projects she chooses, and after a cameo appearance in the Salman Khan starer ‘Jai Ho’ (2014), and it’s been revealed that she has now been signed on for Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Talwar’.

Tabu has previously worked with Gulzar’s father, and in her (Gulzar) own directorial debut ‘Filhaal’ (2002). According to Bollywood Hungama,��the role in question was originally offered the Shefali Shah, however could not give the dates needed for shooting due to another project she had taken on.

Titled by Gulzar’s father, ‘Talwar’ will also be starring Irrfan Khan and ‘Ship of Theseus’ (2012) actor Sohum Shah.
