Mawra Hocane denies dating rumours with Ranbir Kapoor

‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ (2016) actress, Mawra Hocane has denied rumours of her dating Bollywood bachelor, Ranbir Kapoor.

The rumours took a turn when Kapoor took time out to discuss ‘Dragon’ with director-friend, Ayan Mukerji, while Hocane was there for her sister’s birthday.

She told Hindustan Times, “There is nothing for me to say about this as nothing I say will be enough to put these rumours to rest. People who are close to me know the truth so I don�۪t need to clear the air.”

Talking about working in Pakistani dramas, she said, “I feel that dramas dominate in Pakistan and films dominate in India, which is why I want to be part of films here. It�۪s not like I don�۪t find Indian TV shows interesting, I have grown up watching some of them. But I am not open to working in one of them as of now.”

She also spoke about the quality of Indian television, “The shows are very different from dramas in Pakistan and there is nothing wrong in that. I don�۪t think we need to change them as there are so many people who enjoy this format as well. If we try to fix the number of episodes in Indian TV shows, like we have in Pakistani dramas, they might lose their charm.”
