MATV National removed from Sky EPG

The independent local channel, MATV National has abruptly been removed from the Sky EPG today.

The channel was available on EPG 793 before it was taken off. This is the second Asian channel to suddenly be removed from the Sky line-up without prior notice. Earlier this week, Bangla TV had vanished, only to return the next day.

It is not known why MATV National has disappeared but could be down to either non-payment of Sky EPG fees or Ofcom related issues.

It remains to be seen if and when this channel returns to the Sky platform.
