Many actresses vying for female lead in ‘Krrish 4’?

Since the announcement of a fourth instalment to the ‘Krrish’ franchise, word has it that there are a few actresses keen to bag the role as Hrithik Roshan’s leading lady in the film.

Reported on Deccan Chronicle, these actresses have dropped by director Rakesh Roshan’s office, which Roshan admitted during a recent media interaction. The director has expressed that he would love to have Priyanka Chopra again for ‘Krrish 4’, who also starred in the 2006 sequel to ‘Koi…Mil Gaya’ (2003) as well as ‘Krrish 3’ (2013).

A source close to the project said, “There are a lot of actresses who are meeting Rakeshji. It all depends on whether they suit the film and the dates match whenever the script is ready and the pre-production done, for them to be cast in the film. Rakeshji is very clear about the kind of people he would like to cast in the film, but he does not mind meeting up with actors who call on him.”

Both Katrina Kaif and Chopra have been front runners for the film, with the latter who only a few months ago, showed interested being a part of the franchise, so we shall have to wait and see who will be selected.

‘Krrish 4’ is slated to go on floors in 2019.
