Critically acclaimed Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee says that it is tougher to portray negative characters and he had to make an extra effort to put some laughter in his role in the upcoming flick ‘Tevar’ where he is playing a lover-boy antagonist.
Bajpayee also said that he gave his nod to the project as he wanted to work with Arjun Kapoor. He has always protective about Kapoor following his very long association with Boney Kapoor, who is producing the flick. He told NDTV,”I’ve seen Arjun’s growth as an actor. I also feel very protective about him as Boney and I go back a long way. We even worked on Bewafaa together. My friendship with Sanjay Kapoor too has lasted for over 14 years,”
‘Tevar’, which is being helmed by Amit Sharma, features Arjun Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Manoj Bajpayee and Kedar Khan in leading roles. The film will hit theaters on 9th January 2015.
