Manoj Bajpayee awarded with Best Actor for ‘Aligarh’

Manoj Bajpayee is one of Bollywood�۪s versatile actors and he recently received the Best Actor Award for his role in ��Aligarh�۪ (2016) at the Mosaic International South Asian Film Festival.

Bajpayee played the role of a homosexual professor in the film which was focused on the social norms of choice of sexuality and its acceptance. Rajkummar Rao also starred in the film and it was his character from whose point of view the story was told.

According to Bollywood Hungama, Bajpayee expressed his gratitude to film director Hansal Mehta and thanked the team of ��Aligarh�۪ and the success the film still receives worldwide
