Manisha Koirala on playing Nargis in ‘Sanju’: “I hope I do justice to the character”

Sanjay Dutt’s biopic ‘Sanju’ starring Ranbir Kapoor, has been garnering eyeballs since its inception. The film will feature an ensemble cast, and Manisha Koirala will be playing Dutt’s mother Nargis. Koirala is honored to play the role, and hopes she can do justice to it.

As according to Deccan Chronicle, Koirala said, “I am honoured to have played the role of Nargis Duttji. It is any actresses’ dream to play that role. She is a legendary actress and I hope I do justice to the character. Though my character in the film is a very small one and it is a special appearance, I am really excited about it and my role.”

The biopic will also feature Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, and Vicky Kaushal.
