Media For All (MEFA) has named Manish Tiwari, founder of Here & Now 365, as the recipient of the Hammer Award at the 2025 MEFA Awards in London.
The Hammer Award is presented to senior industry figures from diverse backgrounds who have advanced diversity, equity and inclusion within the media and advertising sector.
According to MEFA, Tiwari was recognised for his leadership and long-term work in developing inclusive strategies within the industry. Reflecting on the award, Tiwari said: “MEFA Hammer Award is a humbling reminder that the work I set out to do of connecting communities and breaking barriers truly matters.
