Mani Ratnam hospitalised for COVID

Legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam has been hospitalised for COVID.

Ratnam, who is behind the much awaited historical film ‘Ponniyin Selvan’, has been admitted to a private hospital in Chennai. He is said to be stable and has no other symptoms of the virus.

Reports say that Ratnam had been busy with the post-production of ‘Ponniyin Selvan’, which releases on 30th September 2022.
