Mamta Kulkarni in money laundering probe

Bollywood actress Mamta Kulkarni is being investigated is being investigated in a drug smuggling racket and is also said to be under the scanner for money laundering.

According to Mumbai Mirror, her alleged involvement seems to be linked with her Kenya-based husband, Vicky Goswami. The report adds that Kulkarni’s bank account in Badlapur had been regularly receiving large amounts of money from abroad.

The article said that police had suspicions, the money was being used in real estate in Thane and Mumbai. It said that a couple of Bollywood distributors and film financier were also being probed after police found they were regularly in touch with Kulkarni.
