Mallika Sherawat to star opposite Aamir Khan in ‘Dangal’?

Though there has already been much hype and speculation surrounding who will be essaying the roles of Aamir Khan’s daughters in ‘Dangal’, not much ��has been said about the role opposite Khan in the movie. ��However, recent rumours suggest that Mallika Sherawat may be roped in to play wife to Aamir Khan’s Mahavir Phogat.

According to a source who spoke to��Mumbai Mirror, Sherawat recently auditioned for the role. ��The source said, “She had no make-up and rattled off the pages of dialogue she knew by heart in��shudh Haryanvi. ��The Jatt accent that might stump other actresses, comes naturally to her since she’s from the state.”

Although the makers of the film want to finalise the actresses playing the daughters before signing anyone on for the role of the mother and wife, it seems that Sherawat may well a front-runner for the role.

Being directed by Nitesh Tiwari, ‘Dangal’ is a biopic on the life of wrestler Mahavir Phogat.
