Mallika Sherawat stands with Aamir Khan in ‘AIB’ controversy

Comedian Russell Peters and actress-turned-filmmaker Pooja Bhatt may have blasted Aamir Khan for his statement against the controversial ‘AIB Knockout’ roast, but Khan has found a supporter in Mallika Sherawat.

“I haven�۪t seen the roast, but I agree with what Aamir Khan has said ��� there shouldn�۪t be any emotional violence. He used a very �_correct term. I feel that we shouldn�۪t genuinely hurt anyone�۪s feelings and �_sensibilities,” Sherawat is quoted as having��told��Hindustan Times.

Sherawat did, however, go on to add that there are bigger issues at hand in India and such importance need not be given to a comic event.
