Mallika Sherawat miffed about Antonio Banderas link-up rumours

When actress Mallika Sherawat befriended Hollywood actor Antonio Banderas, she had no idea what ordeal was in store for her. After being accused for being a part of Banderas’ split from his wife, as well as allegations of going on holiday with him, and having a video leaked of her dancing with the Spanish actor, Sherawat is saying she has been through enough ordeal and just wants to be left alone.

The video sees the two actors dancing during the celebrations of the Cannes Film Festival in 2012. Online media outlet Rader recently tweeted a link to their article, stating how they spoke to Sherawat’s ‘best friend’ stylist Ivan Bitto who revealed, “I remember when they danced and they had a lot of PDA (Public Display of Affection).��He was saying ‘God you’re so beautiful,’ like a horndog would talk to a prey.”

To this Sherawat hit back with a tweet stating “LEAVE ME ALONE!!”. According to NDTV,��when��contacted by E!Online, Sherawat put the story straight by stating, “Ivan Bitton is not my best friend. I hired him as a stylist at Cannes and then fired him. I’m sure he released the video.��I don’t know what he’s even talking about now. I haven’t been in touch with Ivan since I fired him. Whatever he’s saying about me is ridiculous.”

Talking of Banderas, the actress went onto add, “Antonio Banderas is a wonderful man, a great dancer and an acquaintance of mine. I did not go on any vacation with him, and I’m sorry he’s going through a divorce.”

Sherawat has always been the centre of controversy, many a time taking it all in her stride. However with this issue at hand, it’s no surprise that she wants to get away from it all.
