Mahira Sharma accused of faking Dadasaheb Phalke Award certificate

‘Bigg Boss 13’ contestant, Mahira Sharma has landed in controversy after she shared an Instagram post a few days ago holding up a certificate for being the ‘Most Fashionable Contestant of Bigg Boss 13’.

Sharma, who attended the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards along with other names from the reality show, has been accused of forging the certificate. The organisers have now claimed that none of the team members issued the certificate and also slammed the media for covering the story without verification.

The DPIFF team has requested Sharma to remove the post and issue a public apology within 48 hours for the “misleading PR activity”.
