Mahaakshay says dad Mithun Chakraborty will direct soon

Mithun Chakraborty has become an household name thanks to his films and��judging on numerous television shows, including the popular dance reality show, ‘Dance India Dance’. The actor’s son, Mahaakshay, says that his dad has plans of directing in the future also.

Mahaakshay told Mid-Day, “Dad is not paying much attention to direction right now. He is busy with his TV shows and with his own films. But he has told me that when the time comes, he’ll definitely direct.” When asked if he would be the one to star in Mithun’s direction, he said, “I think now it’s too early (to talk about it) because I still have to strengthen the foundation of Mimoh or Mahaakshay. So when the right time comes, definitely with all your good wishes, dad will direct me.”

Mahaakshay was last seen in ‘Ishqedarriyaan’ with Evelyn Sharma.
