Mahaakshay Chakraborty & Yogeeta Bali’s pre-arrest bail rejected by Bombay High Court

Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaakshay and wife Yogeeta Bali took over headlines when court orders were filed against them on the counts of rape, cheating, and miscarriage. The case moved to the Bombay High Court, where they did not receive pre-arrest bail.

As reported by TOI, the Bombay High Court “refused to grant any relief” to Mahaakshay and Bali, and Justice Ajay Gadkari has asked them to approach the Delhi Court.

Mithun has not commented on the same.
