Madhuri to do item number cameo in ‘Shuddhi’ at Hrithik’s request?

After the beautiful Madhuri Dixit-Nene reminded the audiences of her dancing charm with Ranbir Kapoor in ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ (2013), it seems everyone is just yearning for her to grace the big screen again. BizAsia has come to know that Hrithik Roshan would like to dance with the lady and is therefore desperately trying for her to be a part of his forthcoming film, ‘Shuddhi’.

A conversation on the sets of ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6’ between Dixit-Nene and producer Karan Johar may well mean that the former is eventually seen sharing screen space with Roshan. Apparently, Johar and Roshan have been trying to make sure that the script of ‘Shuddhi’ allows for there to be an appearance by the dancing queen. A source spoke to Deccan Chronicle, “Madhuri�۪s schedule is packed, but she has great respect for Hrithik and Karan. They have bounced ideas off each other but nothing concrete has emerged so far”.

Sources suggest that Dixit-Nene may well be in agreement to do an item song for the movie which will be picturised with Roshan. Johar managed to convince Dixit-Nene to feature in ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ and the audiences were left crooning to Ghagra. Will Johar be able to make a Madhuri-Hrithik number more magical? Wait and watch!
