Madhuri Dixit game for intimate scenes

Audiences are really curious to know whether Madhuri Dixit will agree to do any intimate scenes in ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ in the same way Vidya Balan did in its prequel ‘Ishqiya’ (2010).

Dixit has projected intimacy on screen before, with the likes of Aamir Khan in ‘Dil’ (1990) and Vinod Khanna in ‘Dayavan’ (1988), but seeing as she’s now a real life mum and wife, the scenario is entirely different to what it was back then. “I don�۪t think marriage or motherhood has anything to do with an actor�۪s work. My kids (Arin and Rayan) and husband (Dr. Sriram Nene) know that I�۪m an artiste. I can�۪t shy away from anything that a script demands, even if it�۪s physical intimacy…If ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ absolutely needs something of that sort, I�۪m game.” said the actress to the��Hindustan Times.

Set to roll in September, ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ is ��directed by Abhishek Chaubey and also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Arshad Warsi and Kangana Ranaut in pivotal roles.
