As part of BizAsia‘s association with Rock On Music, our reporter, Rishi Modi spoke to the Ghazal maestro Pankaj Udhas about his UK concerts this weekend.
Pankaj started his career at the age of eleven, released his first album Aahat in 1980, and has since released over fifty albums, the latest being Shaayar.
His popularity rose in Bollywood with Chitte Aaye Hai from the film Naam, lending his voice to numerous hits like Sharab Cheez Hi Aisi, Ek Taraf Uska Ghar, Chandi Jaisa Rang Hai Tera and Ghungroo Toot Gaye.
Udhas will be kick off his tour in Leicester this Friday on 4th April, followed by London and Birmingham.
