Life Ok to launch two new shows in October

Star Life Ok is preparing to unveil a slew of new shows to coincide with the festive period.

Starting from Tuesday 7th October, Star Life Ok will introduce ‘Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Yeh’ and ‘Comedy Classes’.

With these additions, ‘Tumhari Paakhi’, which sits at 21:30, will move to weekdays 20:30. This will result in ‘Ek Boond Ishq’, which currently airs at 20:30 going off-air. BizAsia already confirmed that ‘Laut Aao Trisha’ will move to 21:00 and ‘Nadaan Parinde’ is being axed.

Life OK EVP and GM Ajit Thakur said, ���We have always done six-month to one-year stories. ��Nadaan Parindey�۪ and ��Ek Boond Ishq�۪ have run its course, and this is coming at 9:30 pm as it is the highest viewership period and we want to give it the biggest slot. We are also trying to create a powerful heroine primetime band with ��Paakhi�۪ at 8:30, followed by Amrita from ��Laut Aao Trisha�۪ at 9 and Shobha from ��Ajeeb Daastaan Hai Ye�۪ at 9:30.�۝

Star Life Ok will undergo an on-air revamp next month.
