Veteran star, Gufi Paintal has passed away, aged 79.
The actor, who starred in BR Chopra’s ‘Mahabharat’ as Shakuni Mama, had been hospitalised a few days ago. It is reported that the actor was suffering from heart and kidney-related problems.
A family statement said,”With profound grief we announce the sad demise of our father Mr Gufi Paintal (Shakuni Mama). He passed away peacefully this morning surrounded by family.”
