Laksh quits ‘PMHMD’ for Sony TV’s ‘Porus’

Laksh has quit Star Plus’ ‘Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil’ over creativity differences and has bagged the role in Sony Entertainment Television’s upcoming series ‘Porus’.

The show, which will be produced Swastik Production Siddharth Kumar Tewary, is based on King Porus. King Porus is someone who refrained the great Alexander from conquering India without any resistance. Though Porus could not defeat Alexander but he was the first one to create an obstacle. The show would have some great production value and will be a big ticket for the channel.

Laksh will play the lead role in the show, with a hunt currently on for a leading lady. ‘Veera’ actress Digangana Suryavanshi is likely to star opposite Laksh.
