Kunal Kohli signs Saif Ali Khan & Esha Gupta?

The last time Saif Ali Khan worked with filmmaker Kunal Kohli was over a decade ago, in ‘Hum Tum’ (2004), which also happened to bag the actor a National Award for his performance. ��The successful combo of the duo is allegedly set to return as it is being rumoured that Kohli has signed Khan opposite Esha Gupta for his upcoming production.

Speaking to��Mid Day, a source said, “Kunal wanted to direct the film, but since he is acting also in the film, he thought it would be better if he produces the film. ��Danish Aslam and Kunal Kohli were wanting to work together from a long time. ��So now Kunal agreed to produce the film, whereas Danish will be directing it. ��They have approached Saif Ali Khan and Esha Gupta to play the lead roles.”

It can be noted that this Danish Aslam directed project will not be the first time Kohli will be seen acting. ��Kohli is making his acting debut in ‘Phir Se’, opposite television star Jennifer Winget, which is slated to release in May 2015.
