KTV breaches two Ofcom licence rules

Sikh religious and community channel, KTV, has breached two Ofcom licence rules.

Ofcom found that KTV failed to provide recordings when requested by Ofcom for the purpose of assessing the content. Breach of Condition 20(1)(a) of its licence.

In a separate breach, KTV failed to provide qualifying revenue information when requested by Ofcom. Breach of Condition 12(1) of its licence.

Ofcom’s Decision is therefore that KTV is in breach of Condition 20(1)(a) and Condition 12(1) of its Licence.
