Krushna Abhishek on John Abraham’s alleged walkout from ‘CNB’

‘Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza’, which was a follow on from ‘Comedy Nights Bachao’ and stars Krushna Abhishek and Bharti Singh as leads, enjoyed immense popularity. Recently, there were reports that John Abraham walked out of the shoot after being displeased with the jokes he was being subjected to. Abhishek, however, has clarified that this wasn’t the case.

Recent controversies including actress Tannishtha Chatterjee walking out of the show and John Abraham objecting to the makers has raised questions as to whether the show has been cut due to its controversies. Abhishek said to DNA India, “Not at all, but, at the same time, we don’t want to ruin our relationship with people in the industry. However, I do wish to clarify that John didn’t walk out. He had completed the episode which was even aired later”.

Interestingly, when Abraham was asked about the occurrence not long after it was said to have taken place, he didn’t say that he was present for the full episode.

‘Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza’ is expected to go off air in February.
