Kriti Sanon finally designs new apartment

After three years of owning her very own apartment in Mumbai, Kriti Sanon has finally got down to decorating her home. With help from Sushant Singh Rajput, she hired celebrity architect and interior designer Priyanka Mehra to help her with the process.

As Pune Mirror reports, Mehra worked with Sanon to make her apartment shine. Mehra said, “We consciously stayed away from feminine stereotypes like pink and similar color palettes. It is a fun space with bright colors, chic and cool, aligning with Kriti’s brief. Like any actress, Kriti needed a lot of room for her clothes, shoes and make-up. We divided the work into stages and worked on the space while Kriti was at work. She was always open to more texture, elements, and color.”

Mehra also added that Sanon’s mother helped her pick out the photographs that align the walls. She said, “Kriti has a close-knit family. I also interacted with her mother for the photographs. Kriti was also clear that Nupur’s opinions held equal importance in the designing.”

Sanon was last seen in ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ (2017), that proved its mettle at the box office.
