‘Koffee With Karan’ poised to return in November

The much awaited new series of Bollywood chatshow, ‘Koffee With Karan’ will launch in November, BizAsia.co.uk can confirm.

Star UK officials told BizAsia.co.uk that the show will launch on Star Plus most probably on Sunday 7th November at 19:00 but may get delayed by a week depending on the shoot schedule. The programmes goes into production next week.

In April, host Karan Johar told his Twitter followers that the show was to launch in July/August this year but was delayed to unknown reasons.

The first season, which aired in 2004 was an instant hit for Star, which was subsequently followed by season two in 2007 – another ratings winner. It remains to be seen if the new season will be third time lucky for the network.
