‘Koffee with Karan’ facing axe?

The sixth season of Karan Johar’s chatshow ‘Koffee with Karan’ has proven to hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons, especially of late. So much so has the uproar caused issues for the channel that sources have suggested that this could be the final season.

Deccan Chronicle reports that the show may be axed after all the bad publicity the cricketers episode created. It was the first time Johar had invited two cricketers on the Koffee couch and it seems to have erupted for him due to the comments K L Rahul and Hardik Pandya made.

The publication also suggests that one actress also said that this kind of chatshow should come to an end now. An official confirmation may well come after the season finale.
