Kiara Advani has been announced as the female lead opposite Ram Charan in Shankar Shanmugam’s next, which is set to be a trilingual film made in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.
Reported on Hindustan Times, tentatively titled ‘RC 15’ the makers of the film made the announcement on Saturday 31 July on Twitter, to coincide with Advani’s birthday, “Joining us on this super exciting journey is the talented and gorgeous @advani_kiara ! Welcome on board.” In response to the news, the ‘Shershaah’ (2021) star said in a statement, “It’s definitely one of the best birthday presents I have gotten so far. I am excited as well as nervous to work with renowned and experienced names of our film fraternity. I am eagerly waiting to begin the shoot and hoping that this incredible opportunity is translated wonderfully on screen!”
‘RC 15’ is expected to be an action-thriller and is also Charan’s first film with Shanmugam. Both Advani and Charan have previously worked together in ‘Vinaya Vidheya Ramaa’ (2019).
