‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ finds new host in Ajay Devgn

The much-loved TV show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ has had four seasons with Bollywood’s very own action hero Akshay Kumar as anchor. However, in the forthcoming fifth season, Kumar has given up his seat and the show is making way for a new host in none other than Ajay Devgn.

Kumar is thought to have bowed out due to his wife,��Twinkle’s, pregnancy. It is thought that actor wants to focus on looking after his other half in preparation for their new arrival.

The makers of the show contemplated replacing Kumar with either Devgn or John Abraham. However, Abraham couldn’t spare the time outside of his Bollywood commitments. On the other hand, with just ‘Son of Sardar’ awaiting release, Devgn was able to give the show the time and attention it needed.
