Kevin Vaz to oversee Star TV UK operations

BizAsia has learnt that Kevin Vaz, President and General Manager of Star India will oversee Star TV UK/Europe operations.

The news follows the exit of Yeshpal Sharma, Senior Vice President ��� Distribution & Advertising Sales at Star Advertising Sales Limited, last week. Vaz will takeover the running of the UK network with immediate effect. Daily operations and administration at Star UK will be handled by Sarika Shankarnarayan, who also heads marketing at the network.

Over the past few weeks, Star TV UK has been undergoing a restructure in its management. Rajan Singh left the organisation after four years, followed by the departure of Sharma.

Star TV UK did not comment at the time of filing this article.
