Kejal new host of Drivetime on Sunrise Radio?

Sunrise Radio presenter Kejal will be moving to the station’s flagship Drivetime show as the new presenter from Monday, according to sources.

Kejal will be replacing Paul Shah, who is defecting to a Dubai based radio station. Today’s news comes as no surprise as Kejal has sat in on the show on several occasions during Paul’s absence.

Kejal has been co-presenting Sunrise’s Breakfast show with Tony Patti since last September. Both presenters have been away this week, broadcasting a week-special from Mumbai.

Paul Shah will present his last Drivetime show this Friday (27th October). With Kejal moving to the afternoon slot on the station, it is not clear if further changes will made to the Breakfast show. Whether or not Tony drives the show single handily or if he is accompanied by a new co-host remains to be seen.
