Kaun Banega Crorepati 2 not returning

New episodes of Kaun Banega Crorepati 2 have now been shelved after host Amitabh Bachchan delayed his return to shoot for new episodes of the STAR Plus gameshow.

Amitabh Bachchan was taken ill last year and was expected to return back to work to shoot next month for the remaining 24 episodes of KBC2’s current 85 episodes run. According to reports, the channel has now given up hope on the star to return in February and instead has scheduled alternative shows to allow the superstar to recuperate fully.

It is unlikely the show will return to STAR Plus in the first part of this year. Keep it with Biz Asia for updates.
