Still reeling from the success of one of 2011’s most loved films, Zoya Akhtar has decided to mark Bollywood’s 100 years with a documentary.Her film, ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’, sweeped many awards and many would have been awaiting��an announcement for her next project. Akhtar has reportedly��approached Katrina Kaif for the role.
As reported by Bollywood Hungama, Akhtar feels that Kaif’s song ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’, from Farah Khan’s��’Tees Maar Khan’ (2010), is perfect in symbolising the story of an industry which is somewhat obsessed with glamour. The story of the documentary is said to be about a fan who is besotted with the item number and hopes to meet Sheila one day.
Aside from this, Kaif has a good few projects lined up including��’Ek Tha Tiger’ (opposite Salman Khan)��and ‘Dostana 2’. The actress is also a part of Yash Chopra’s forthcoming��which also stars��Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma.
