Katrina Kaif to perform item song in ‘Raees’?

Though earlier rumours of Katrina Kaif being signed as the leading lady in Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film, ‘Raees’, proved to be untrue, it is now being heard that Kaif has been signed on for an item song in the film.

Kaif and Khan were previously seen on screen together in Yash Chopra’s ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ (2012). ��It is not yet known if the duo will be seen together in the item song Kaif will allegedly be doing for the film, as reported by��DNA India.

Being directed by Rahul Dholakia, ‘Raees’ stars Shah Rukh Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mahira Khan in lead roles. ��Shooting for the film started in the last week of April.
