Katrina Kaif to attend Cannes 2015?

The Cannes Film Festival has been an international platform for Bollywood beauties for almost a decade. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, and Freida Pinto have been attending the festival due to their association with L’Oreal Paris (as brand ambassadors), Katrina Kaif became the latest brand ambassador in 2014, but her attendance is yet to be announced.

According to Pinkvilla, Kaif was supposed to walk the red carpet alongside Bachchan and Kapoor but she had dates committed to ‘Bang Bang,’ (2014) and was hoping to attend the 2015 edition. She had talked about it at the ‘L’Oreal Paris Women Achievers Awards’ last year. “That is still to be seen if we can, but it seems a little unlikely because of ‘Bang Bang’ being a little delayed. There is a little too much of date problems between ‘Bang Bang,’ ‘Phantom,’ and Anurag Basu’s film. So it may not be this year, but next year.”

Kaif is the successful brand ambassador of many women brands, like ‘Veet,’ which she has also been associated with for a decade. While she is backed up with shooting for ‘Fitoor,’ with Aditya Roy Kapur, the world is still awaiting to see L’Oreal Paris’ newest face.
