Katrina Kaif rejected ‘Half Girlfriend’?

When Mohit Suri was casting for his upcoming film ‘Half Girlfriend’, names such as Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone were doing the round. It is now alleged that Kaif turned down the film as she did not want to work opposite Arjun Kapoor.

A source told DNA, “Katrina liked the script, but suggested he cast another actress because she might look older than Arjun, who also happens to be her close friend.”

It can be noted that Kaif is apparently Kapoor’s rakhi sister and that could also be another reason why the duo are avoiding pairing up on screen.

Based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel of the same name, ‘Half Girlfriend’ stars Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor.
