Katrina Kaif readying herself for action in ‘Knight and Day’ remake

It seems that Katrina Kaif is swapping the glam avatar that she’s known and loved in for an action girl persona in her forthcoming movies. In ‘Dhoom 3’, she will be doing action on par with the film’s male lead Aamir Khan. BizAsia has learnt that Kaif is also preparing for action for the remake of ‘Knight and Day’ in which she will be female lead.

It has emerged that both Hrithik Roshan, who will be co-starring in the movie, and Kaif will be seen doing daredevil stunts on par with the Hollywood original. It is thought that professional stunt artists from the United States will be working with the duo to train them and encourage them to carry out the stunts appropriately.

Kaif will be seen opposite Roshan for the second time after 2011’s ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’.
