Katrina Kaif readies wedding gown for her big day

Yesterday, Katrina Kaif denied that she would be marrying Ranbir Kapoor in 2015 as speculation suggested. However, BizAsia has learnt that the actress has not only chosen a designer for her big day but also readied three wedding gowns for the occasion. This is despite her being adamant that she does not know when she will be tying the knot.

Ahanita Shroff has been roped in as designer. A source told India TV News, “Katrina has not decided on when she will tie the knot, but she has got ace stylist Anahita Shroff to design not one, but three wedding gowns. In case the wedding has a royal flavour and is held in a palace, Katrina has got a Nawabi touch with a Lucknowi design… If it’s in the deserts of Gujarat, the mirror work on gold ensemble is the second choice and if, its held in the backwaters of Kerala, Katrina has chosen a red Kanjeevaram”.

“Wedding Paraphernalia like jewellery, kundan jewellery with an elaborate maang tika, including the palanquin to carry her to the mandap have been selected,” the source continues.

Although Kaif and Kapoor have kept quiet about their relationship despite being caught together many times, it may well be the case that the couple are looking to get married but are preparing away from the prying eyes of the media. The jodi will be seen together on screen in the forthcoming ‘Jagga Jasoos’.
