Katrina Kaif on Ranbir Kapoor’s low phase

Ranbir Kapoor had a great start to his career, having been praised for his choice of films and bagged many Best Actor trophies along the way. ��However, the past couple of years have been a struggle for the actor as his films have failed to live up to expectations. ��Kapoor’s girlfriend, actress Katrina Kaif, has gone on record to speak about his low phase.

PTI quote Kaif as saying, “His movies not doing well is a sad thing. ��But he gives his heart and soul for a film. ��I know it hurts and pains him deeply that maybe he is not able to live up to expectations and satisfy his audience… He loves his audience… he wants that acceptance from audience… But as an actor, I haven’t seen anyone more passionate and focused about his work… Every actor goes through ups and downs. ��I am sure with his passion, dedication and God’s blessings, things will change.”

Kapoor’s upcoming films include Anurag Basu’s ‘Jagga Jasoos’ opposite Kaif, as well as Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Tamasha’ with ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone. ��It can be noted that Kapoor’s previous work with both Basu and Ali proved to be very fruitful for the actor.
