Katrina Kaif cancels performance at ZEE Cine Awards

BizAsiaLive.com recently reported that Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif were to re-shoot certain scenes of ‘Jagga Jasoos’. In an unfortunate incident, Kaif has apparently injured herself while completing the shoot. As such, she’s had to cancel her upcoming and much-awaited performance at the ZEE Cine Awards.

“This is to clarify that Katrina Kaif will no longer be performing at the Zee Cine Awards, due to an injury she met with on the sets .The doctors have advised her rest and to strictly avoid any strenuous physical activity or exertion. Katrina is extremely disappointed that she was not able to work through the injury. She is recuperating and will resume work shortly after a period of rest,” said Kaif’s official spokesperson, according to Deccan Chronicle.

It’s thought that something fell on Kaif’s neck and that’s how she got injured.
