Katrina & Deepika too pricey compared to Alia & Shraddha?

With popular actresses such as Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone charging extremely high prices to be signed, it seems that many smaller producers are instead turning to new talent like Alia Bhatt and Shraddha Kapoor.

���Neither Alia nor Shraddha has raised her fee at the moment even after consecutive hits��_ Producers who cannot reach Katrina and Deepika are approaching Alia and Shraddha.�� Though these two are extremely selective, they are not prohibitive pricewise,�۝ a trade insider informed DNA India.

A producer told DNA that he wanted to sign either Padukone or Kaif for a sequel he is planning but ���quickly scampered away��_ and signed another less pricey A-Lister�۝ after hearing the price Padukone and Kaif quote.

Interestingly, while the likes of Kaif and Padukone charge between 10-15 crore per film, Bhatt and Kapoor are not charging so much, despite both having featured in some of the biggest hits this year.
