‘Kartik Purnima’ on Star Bharat goes off air due to coronavirus

After Ekta Kapoor announced that ‘Naagin 4’ (2015 – 2020) would end due to effect of Covid-19, news has it that the show ‘Kartik Purnima’ is to follow the same suit.

Aired on Star Bharat, according to SpotboyE, the show which had only started in February could no longer continue due to lockdown measures in place. The report goes on to suggest that the stars had been informed about the show’s fate before the official announcement was made.

Starring Poulomi Das and Harsh Nagar, ‘Kartik Purnima’ told the story of a girl who has to face the complexities of society due to her darker skin complexion. When a man falls in love with her, whose family does not accept her, only adds the issues she already faces.
