Kartik Aaryan on working with KJo: “Yes, there are some talks going on”

Kartik Aaryan who found fame with ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ (2018), has many of his fans eagerly waiting for his next, ‘Luka Chuppi’. However there are many who are curious to know whether or not he has any future projects lined up with Karan Johar.

Reported by Deccan Chronicle, Aaryan was a guest on Johar’s chat show ‘Koffee With Karan Season 6’ a little while back, and his appearance has sparked a lot of interest with those in the industry and outside it, and have referred to him as Johar’s next ‘blue-eyed boy’.

When asked if there were talks of the two working together, Aryan hinted there is a possibility. “Basically, in mind and heart, I too love acting in commercial films and Dharma Productions and Karan Johar are known to be making commercial and logical films. Yes, there are some talks going on. It’s my dream to work with Karan Johar.”

In reference to being called the ‘blue-eyed boy’, Aryan replied, “I don’t know! But, many people are asking me this question. And, if I become his blue-eyed boy, I will feel really happy. In fact, I am looking forward to being the ‘blue-eyed boy’ of Karan Johar.”

‘Luka Chuppi’ which stars Kriti Sanon as female lead, will be releasing in cinemas on 1st March 2019.
