Kartik Aaryan & Deepika Padukone to star in Imtiaz Ali’s next?

With ‘Love Aaj Kal’ set for release this month, Imtiaz Ali is rumoured to be gearing up for work on his next on Radha-Krishna.

Deccan Chronicle reports that in a fresh casting coup, Kartik Aaryan and Deepika Padukone are being considered for the film. A source said, “For long, Imtiaz Ali has been planning his film on Radha-Krishna and Deepika and Kartik have both indicated that they would want to be featured in the film. Radha was always older than Krishna — Deepika is 34 to Kartik’s 29, and they will look good as a couple, following this digital-dosti that they share now.”

Ali has long been interested in making the film, so it seems he will get the project underway after ‘Love Aaj Kal’. Meanwhile, the film starring Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan, hits cinemas on 14th February.
