Karisma Kapoor & Sanjay Kapur to divorce “on good terms”

Recently there have been reports of a custody battle between Karisma Kapoor and Sanjay Kapur. However, after 11 years of marriage, the couple have decided to part ways amicably.

News has it that Kapoor has allowed Kapur ‘controlled access’ to their children. A friend close to the couple says the divorce was filed some time ago. According to Mumbai Mirror, they said, “Fortunately, the two realised that there is no point in fighting anymore and decided to separate on good terms”.

There have continually been reports that Kapur’s closeness with Priya Sachdev was the reason for the marriage breakdown. Kapoor is believed to have moved back to Mumbai soon after the birth of the couple’s son in 2010. She has been living with her mother, Babita, ever since.
